9 war-types are open right now: Phoenix Wars, Phoenix 10v10, Force War, Force 10v10, Share Wars, Total Wars, Ten Versus Ten, Duel and Practice (see the Maps page for what is in rotation).

Connecting

The pre-configured Windows 10/11 package is available after you create an account. No virtual machine or installer is required.

  1. Register an account, then download ZimarusLauncher.exe from your account page.
  2. Run it. It asks where to install (C:\Zimarus is fine), downloads the game and puts a Zimarus icon on your desktop.
  3. Start it from that icon and log in with your registered username and password.

The launcher keeps the game current by itself from then on, including maps that get rotated in, and never touches your key bindings or settings. Setup notes and troubleshooting are in README-FIRST.txt in the game folder. Linux players: see playing on Linux (Steam / Proton).
